Job summary

The KidLavie Alabama LLC is seeking a friendly Reception/Registry Staff to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet families, handle check-ins, registrations for playgrounds, birthdays, workshops, and events, answer inquiries, and manage payments using the POS system.

Ideal candidates have customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service/reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage guest registration for playground entry, birthday parties, workshops, and events.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about services, packages, and schedules.
• Handle reservations, event bookings, and process payments through the POS system.
• Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, attendance, and transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and report preparation.
• Address guest inquiries and elevate issues to management when necessary.
