A family entertainment center is looking for a part-time Team Member who will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include managing check-in processes, cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the park. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable working with children, and be able to operate an iPad. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and comments.
• Operate the check-in process and cash transactions.
• Monitor safety hazards and ensure compliance with park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Assist in family events and ensure efficient operations.
