Qualifications

• Experience with pre-registration, scheduling, co-pay collection and registration applications preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple customer-focused Access Center tasks including pre-registration verification, pre-admission, scheduling and follow up appointments, co-pay collection, account verification/updates, and urgent registrations
• Collaborate with bed placement coordinators and work in a multidisciplinary clinical setting
• Be flexible to work in different locations/roles and report during inclement weather or emergencies
