Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Guest Service Representative in Dothan, AL. You will welcome guests, check in/out, handle reservations and payments, and deliver friendly, professional service to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

Prior customer service or guest-relations experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome, register, and check out guests while protecting confidentiality.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest loyalty programs.
Answer calls and provide information on services, rates, and area.
Operate the property-management system to post charges and balance transactions.
Promote hotel services and future reservations.
Identify sales leads and share with team members.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and document recoveries.
Coordinate requests across departments and keep lobby tidy.
Follow safety, privacy, and cash-handling procedures.
Assist other departments when needed.
