Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Hampton in Hampton, VA is seeking an Ambassador to serve as a main contact for guests on the gaming floor and support marketing and promotional programs.

The role may require long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, Virginia Racing Commission license and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Increases value of the brand through programs and promotions.
• Manages guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing activities.
• Assists guests on the gaming floor with understanding HHR machine play.
• Maintains knowledge of events, promotions and community activities.
