Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking an Ambassador to serve as a main contact and information hub on the gaming floor, supporting marketing and promotions. The role may require long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an hourly pay of $16.00.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and must obtain a Virginia Racing Commission license plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Increases value of the brand through program execution.
• Identifies brand value across programs and activities.
• Executes guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing.
• Assists guests on the gaming floor with understanding play.
• Maintains knowledge of events, promotions and campaigns.
• Demonstrates strong people skills and professional presence.
• Performs inventory stocking duties as needed.
• Keeps confidential information as required by policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
