Job summary

Colonial Downs Group (CDG) is part of Churchill Downs Incorporated and operates several Virginia brands including Colonial Downs Racetrack and Rosie’s Gaming Emporium. The Ambassador role serves as a main contact for guests on the gaming floor, assisting with marketing programs and guest services, with hours that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience (preferred), a Virginia Racing Commission

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must obtain Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the brand value through program execution and guest engagement.
• Execute guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs.
• Assist guests on the gaming floor with understanding HHR machine play.
• Maintain knowledge of events, promotions, and community activities.
• Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform inventory stocking and related duties as needed.
• Adhere to confidentiality and company policies.
