Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston Airport Convention Center in Charleston, SC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the first impression for our guests during check-in, stay and check-out. • Ensure friendly, efficient, error-free check-in and check-out for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Answer questions about local area and hotel facilities, provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including taking messages and making reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
