The role requires good verbal and written communication, basic technology use, and the stamina to stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure friendly, efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
• Handle guest requests in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with departments to meet them.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions/resources.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and take messages; assist with reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile guest charges.
• Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals.
