Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand seeks a Front Desk & Guest Care associate in Raleigh, NC. You will be the hub of guest interaction, delivering proactive, courteous service and handling guest needs around the clock. The role may cross-train at the lobby bar; must be 21+ to work evenings.

Starting wage is $16/hour with full-time benefits for associates. Previous hotel experience is welcome but not required, and you will operate with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, privacy, and professional

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently and courteously at all times.
• Maintain high level of service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges and handle payments per Concord procedures.
• Manage guest mail and messaging with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel brand and programs.
• Communicate guest comments to relevant departments.
• Respond quickly to calls, visitors and staff needing front desk help.
• Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures.
