Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Night Auditor in Raleigh, NC. This overnight, part-time role puts you at the hub of guest interaction, helping check guests in and out and ensuring a safe, well-managed lobby.

You will process credit card transactions, handle the phone system, verify availability, balance the day, and administer guest payment policies. We offer a starting wage of $16/hour, plus benefits and opportunities for training, development and career advancement within Concord

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and other day/day-related transactions (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, transfer calls, reservations, etc.
• Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
• Prepare folios for the morning departing guests
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set up if needed
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
