Concord Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Associate to support guests at our Raleigh, NC property. The role requires flexibility across shifts (6:30am-3pm and 2:30pm-11pm) and a passion for delivering warm, proactive service.

You will be the guest hub, interacting with guests and coordinating with hotel teams to ensure a memorable stay. The position emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in handling charges, and a positive, team-oriented culture.

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.

• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and promotions.
• Communicate with departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
