Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for our hotel to manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist during their stay. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, payments, and inquiries, supporting event setup, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant bookings.
• Assist with payments and issuing keys during check-in/out.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Help organize events and meetings.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
