Job summary

Regal is hiring team members for Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Earn $17.00 per hour with perks like free movie passes and a 401(k) with company match after six months and age 21. Roles include cash handling, guest service, selling tickets, up-selling Premium Experiences, and enforcing MPAA guidelines.

Positions cover flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time hourly shifts. Training on safety, alcohol serving where applicable, and customer service excellence is provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress toward completion.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking and listen effectively.
• Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
• Identify problems, gather data and act under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Box Office duties: operate POS system, handle cash/offers, promote Premium Viewing Experience, ensure MPAA-compliant ticketing, respond to guest questions.
• Concession duties: operate POS, manage stock, promote Crown Club, clean equipment, ensure food safety and breaks compliance.
• Usher duties: tear tickets, direct patrons, monitor safety, conduct in-theatre inspections, assist with opening/closing tasks.
