Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a PBX Operator to support our hotel operations. You will manage guest inquiries by phone, email, and booking platforms, greeting callers warmly and directing them to the correct extension.

The role requires accurate transcription of messages, timely paging and radio updates, and teamwork with security and guest services to resolve guest requests. Prior PBX/front desk experience preferred.

• Ability to input and retrieve information using a computer system.

Mansioni

• Handle reservation inquiries by phone, email and booking platforms.
• Promptly answer calls and greet callers clearly.
• Direct calls to the correct extension via a moderately complex computer console.
• Act as dispatcher for security, guest services and property operations.
• Provide timely information via paging system and two-way radios.
• Transcribe complete messages and repeat information to verify accuracy.
• Input and retrieve messages from the computer system.
