Job summary

Hilton is seeking a PBX Operator to join our team in a high-volume hotel setting. You will manage reservation inquiries by phone and email, greet guests, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions with a clear, professional voice.

You will also act as dispatcher for security and guest services, provide timely information via paging systems, transcribe messages, and ensure accurate data entry into the computer system. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

• Transcribe messages and input/retrieve information in the computer system.
