Job summary

Spire Hospitality is seeking an At Your Service Operator to warmly welcome guests and manage PBX operations in Orlando. You will connect guests with the right departments, handle inquiries, and ensure timely responses to requests, contributing to exceptional stay experiences.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year front desk or guest-facing experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior PMS experience is a plus; the role offers full-time benefits and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience in hospitality preferred.
• At least 1 year in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls via PBX system and direct to appropriate departments.
• Provide prompt, accurate information and assist guests with requests.
• Route calls to front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and room service.
• Support internal communication between departments and team members.
• Record call logs and messages using resort software; handle wake-up calls.
