Job summary

Restaurant 604 is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure guest expectations are exceeded. You will ensure opening/closing procedures meet 604 quality and food safety standards, and you will train staff to deliver exceptional service.

Role requires English fluency, 18+ age, and the ability to handle up to 50 pounds. You will oversee staff coverage, customer issues, and compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• English fluency for guest and staff communication.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clear record.
• Ability to lift pots, pans and items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong guest focus and reliability.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of FOH staff as needed.
• Explain menu items, specials, ingredients, portions and substitutions.
• Ensure menu items meet quality standards 100% of the time.
• Train new hires on service style and SOPs including safety.
• Assign daily side work and manage staff as needed.
• Oversee cleanliness and address health hazards and code violations.
• Ensure proper check-in/check-out of servers and crew.
• Assist with staff coverage and scheduling to meet demand.
• Communicate updates or concerns to the Manager.
• Resolve customer complaints per company guidelines.
• Document late/absent staff with management.
• Attend meetings and trainings, pass required certifications.
