Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High energy and customer service focus.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Familiar with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
• Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring front-of-house positions.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage seating times and waitlists at the host stand.
• Monitor kitchen ticket times and maintain standards.

• Attend management and HR training sessions.
• Handle opening and closing duties and ensure cleanliness.
• Oversee deposits and POS operations.
• Maintain par levels for front-of-house items.
• Monitor sales data and reporting metrics.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
