Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience with high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You’ll ensure consistent service, uphold procedures, and coach crew to achieve goals.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to optimize operations, control cash and inventory, and drive guest satisfaction while training staff and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
• Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
