Job summary

Subway in New York area is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations. You will ensure guest satisfaction, oversee food preparation, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the restaurant.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, staff recruitment and training, and supporting local marketing efforts. This role requires strong communication and leadership, with day/evening/weekend shifts varying by location.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Must be able to operate a computerized POS system and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and inviting.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Recruit staff and train team members; maintain safety and security standards.
• Be a team player and support store operations during shifts.
