Job summary

Subway Team is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety across a busy restaurant. You will also oversee inventory, scheduling, and staff supervision, with a hands-on role in events, training, and ordering.

Responsibilities include leading a team of 4–12, planning promotions, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a full-time role with varied day/evening/weekend shifts depending on location.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared & served.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Control inventory.
• Scheduling and supervising staff.
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Be a team player.
• Manage a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
