Job summary

Subway is seeking a dedicated Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, focusing on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and team development. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising and training staff.
• Must be able to use the POS system and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience across all shifts.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of team members and supervise staff.
• Operate the restaurant POS system and manage cash during service.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining safety protocols.
• Maintain records, monitor inventory, and support local marketing initiatives.
