Legacy Ventures is seeking an Operations Manager to direct Front Office and Housekeeping operations in our Gatlinburg hotel property. You will coordinate with Engineering, Accounting, Sales, Valet and other functions to deliver exceptional guest experiences while pursuing budgeted profits and brand compliance.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating staff, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining system accuracy in PMS.

Qualifications

• Experience interviewing, hiring and training staff for front office and housekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations to deliver attentive, courteous service.
• Interact with Sales to implement strategies to improve revenues.
• Schedule and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory and key control systems.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards and inspection protocols.
• Manage daily department meetings and staff communication.
