The role includes hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to optimize daily operations.

You will lead a team, monitor guest feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the overall breakfast experience and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee breakfast operations and ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Develop and coach F&B team; conduct onboarding and ongoing training.
• Create weekly schedules based on occupancy and forecasted demand.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and act on feedback to improve service quality.
• Manage food, beverage, and smallware inventory to minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard breakfast attendants and F&B staff.
• Train on food safety, service standards, and operations procedures.
