Job summary

This role supports the General Manager, handles office organization, HR tasks, guest relations, supplier communications, and FOH/BOH coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience or 6 months with a Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management.
• SERVSafe certification required.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Provide guests with consistent, friendly, and courteous service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation per recipes and standards.
• Achieve objectives in sales, service, quality, and cleanliness through training.
• Oversee cash handling and reconciliation according to policies.
