The NOW Massage Birmingham is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, coach our front desk and massage therapist teams, and help drive membership and sales growth alongside the General Manager.

As a locally owned boutique expanding across Metro Detroit, you’ll ensure brand standards, manage staffing, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and partner with ownership to create a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred, ideally in a guest-focused service business.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with consistent coverage during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, cleanliness, inventory, and brand standards.
• Coach and support the team, address attendance and performance concerns, and assist with hiring and training.
• Assist with team scheduling and address day-to-day staffing needs.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, resolve concerns, and strengthen member relationships.
• Help drive memberships, retention, rebooking, and sales through team coaching and performance tracking.
• Support administrative tasks, local promotions, and community partnerships.
