Five Below Inc is seeking a Store Leadership team member to manage daily operations, coach crew on customer service, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures. The role emphasizes high-energy leadership, teamwork, and hands-on supervision to deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store ops and staff.
• Open/close duties including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recoveries.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
