Job summary

YouFit Gyms is seeking a Part Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding member service, manage check-ins, and assist with memberships and billing at our Davie, FL location. You will greet members, answer inquiries, and support retention efforts while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members, guests, and prospects.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and use approved cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and supply management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Member Service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and check-ins; address member alerts.
• Handle member accounts and answer questions over the phone or in person.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Support with membership retention and personal training inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure gym readiness.
• Process payments at the POS and balance cash drawer.
