El Car Wash LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to welcome customers, educate on the Unlimited Membership, and convert interactions into loyalty. You will drive membership growth with a confident, energetic presence and provide exceptional service on a fast-paced site in sunny South Florida.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), reliable, and comfortable with POS systems. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays outdoors, maintaining a sharp, safe, and welcoming

• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and flag issues to the team.
• Keep the site clean, safe and welcoming in all customer-facing areas.
