Job summary

El Car Wash LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at our Florida location. You will greet customers with energy and confidence, educate on Unlimited Membership, and convert interactions into loyalty while keeping the site clean and welcoming.

Your role focuses on turning service moments into sales, handling concerns promptly, and using feedback to improve the customer experience. Evening/weekend availability and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and professional image.
Charismatic, high-energy presence suitable for customer-facing moments.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on metrics.
Strong empathy paired with sales drive; adapt to customers accordingly.
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with confidence, energy, and a smile to set the tone from the start.
Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
Convert service interactions into sales while maintaining trust and avoiding pushiness.
Resolve concerns quickly and professionally; make issues right when things go sideways.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment visible in every customer-facing area.
Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
