El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor who can energize guests, drive membership growth, and turn every interaction into loyalty. You will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding service while learning and selling the Unlimited Membership.

Ideal candidates are extroverted, service-oriented, and comfortable handling POS tech. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Florida markets value bilingual skills.

• Handle concerns quickly and professionally and resolve issues to leave customers impressed.
• Keep the site sharp with a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Capture feedback by logging in Micrologic and sharing insights with the team.
