Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet guests at car wash and lube center entry points, educate on services, and drive memberships. You will handle payments at kiosks, answer inquiries, and maintain a clean, safe site environment.

Ideal candidates are sales- and service-oriented, enjoy helping customers, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. No formal experience required, but a background in customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check per company policies and laws.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance).
• Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and active listening.
• Educate customers on wash/detail packages, highlighting features and benefits.
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Assist customers with payment transactions at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations.
