Spotless Brands LLC is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to welcome guests at the car wash and lube center entry points and educate them on available services. You will help customers choose packages, promote memberships, and process payments at the kiosk.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and a positive, service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment. Training provided and team collaboration emphasized.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry and promote services.
• Identify customer needs through questions and active listening.
• Educate customers on wash, detail, and lube packages, highlighting value.
• Promote and sell memberships and current promotions.
• Assist with payments at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to support smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
