Job summary

Spotless Brands is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to be the guest-facing contact at the car wash and lube center entry points. You will educate customers on wash, detail, and membership options, handle payments at the kiosk, and guide decisions to meet customer needs.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build rapport quickly, and support team operations while ensuring a clean, safe site. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points and drive sales.
• Educate customers on wash/detail packages and memberships.
• Handle payments at kiosk and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain safety and report maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, etc.).
• Identify customer needs and highlight wash, detail, lube packages, and memberships.
• Present promotions to encourage additional purchases and drive conversions.
• Assist with payments at kiosk and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to support smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support other duties to help team and site performance.
