Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at car wash and lube center entry points. You will educate customers on services, highlight membership options, and guide them to best solutions.

You will also assist with payments at the kiosk and promote current promotions. Ideal candidates are sales- and service-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel, etc.).
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening.
• Educate on wash/detail and lube packages, highlighting value.
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited.
• Present promotions to encourage additional purchases.
• Assist customers with payments at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with site team for smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
