Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at car wash and lube entry points. You will educate customers on services, highlight benefits, and drive membership and package sales while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, or touchpoints).
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening.
• Educate on wash and detail packages, highlighting features and value.
• Promote memberships (Fast Pass, Unlimited).
• Present promotions to encourage purchases.
• Assist with payment transactions at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team for smooth site operations.
• Perform site cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
