Qualifications

• Punctual and professional image; ready for frontline customer interaction.

• Capable of building rapport quickly and influencing without pressure.
• Goal-oriented with strong numbers and targets mindset.
• Empathetic with sales drive and customer needs awareness.
• Confident handling complaints on the spot; resolves without deflection.
• Experience with sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for South Florida markets.
