El Car Wash in Florida is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet guests with energy, explain our Unlimited Membership, and convert visits into lasting loyalty. You’ll shine in a fast-paced, outdoor frontline role, delivering a polished, on-brand experience evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll log feedback in Micrologic, handle concerns professionally, keep the site safe and welcoming, and leverage POS systems to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image; punctual and polished.
• Extroverted, high-energy presence; thrives in customer-facing moments.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; knows your numbers and hits targets.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive; reads customers and adapts.
• Confident handling of complaints and concerns on the spot; resolves efficiently.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in South Florida.
