JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales and retention while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support instructors, manage front desk operations, and foster a welcoming studio community in Fishers, Indiana.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to assess goals and recommend memberships or packages
• Explain the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations
• Support studio promotions, events, and initiatives to generate leads and memberships
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients to reduce churn
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and client records in studio systems
