Spotless Brands LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who will be the first point of contact for guests at the car wash and lube center. You will educate customers on services, highlight options, and drive membership and package sales.

The role relies on strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with payments at the kiosk, maintain a clean site, and support site operations with your team.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver's license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Mansioni

• Greet customers enthusiastically at entry points and assist with services.
• Educate customers on available wash and detail packages, highlighting features and value.
• Process payments at the kiosk and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and report issues to management.
