Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at our car wash and lube center entry points. You will educate customers on services, answer questions, and help drive memberships and package sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and educate on services at kiosks and entry points.
• Identify needs through questions and listening.
• Educate on wash, detail, and maintenance packages; highlight value.
• Promote memberships including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Handle payments at kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Overcome objections professionally; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties to support team.
