Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in New Jersey to be the first point of contact for guests at car wash and lube center entry points. The role focuses on educating customers, promoting services and memberships, and processing payments at kiosks.

The position requires excellent communication, sales-mindedness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers at entry points with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude.
• Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and active listening.
• Educate customers on wash and detail packages, promotions, and membership options.
• Handle payments at the kiosk and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth site operations.
• Perform routine site tasks and duties to support upkeep.
