Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a First Assistant Manager Trainee to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth shift operations. You will lead associates, manage store admin, and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience while maintaining store conditions.

Role involves cash handling, POS and gas console operation, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Requires ability to train staff and supervise during shifts.

Qualifications

• Managing other Associates; coaching The Hi Five Guest Experience and training Shift Leaders.
• Store Administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, transfer of products and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience; ensure guests are greeted and assisted effectively.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle transactions and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing other Associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders; counseling as needed.
• Store Administration: ordering, review of weekly delivery reports, transfer of products, paperwork as directed.
• Overall Guest Services: provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes/malts, sundaes, and hand-packed containers.
• POS/Gas Console: authorize and register all transactions; handle coins/currency/checks/credit cards.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and coolers stocked; rotate stock and check dates.
