Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field required or substituted by experience.
• Minimum of 2 years hotel experience with at least 1 year in a hospitality management role.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, including supervising staff.
• Brand Certifications preferred; valid driver’s license if shuttle is operated.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk, concierge, transportation, valet, and bell services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Leads hiring, training, and performance reviews for hotel associates.
• Prepares and monitors departmental budget and staffing to meet business goals.
• Ensures adherence to Baywood policies and brand standards across departments.
