Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 2+ years hotel experience and 2+ years management experience, Hospitality Management preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects & trains associates.
• Manages front desk, concierge, transportation, and related services.
• Develops and monitors staff schedules and payroll within budget.
