Baywood Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional service and enforcing brand standards. You will assist with interviewing, training, and supervising front desk and night audit staff, while promoting teamwork and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, safety initiatives, and daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field, or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Minimum 2 years hotel experience with 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager with interviewing and staff training.
• Supervise front desk and night audit associates; lead by example.
• Coordinate safety, meetings, policies, and back-up procedures.
• Monitor guest arrivals, room inventory, and department cleanliness.
• Maintain professional image and high guest service standards.
