The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Manager in North Carolina to lead the guest experience, onboard new team members, and oversee key operations with attention to detail. This fast-paced role requires a passion for excellence to drive results.

You will greet guests, educate customers on products and services, support inventories and sales reporting, and supervise front-end performance through regular audits.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality field or 5 years of related management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Lead hospitality standards and train team members to provide exceptional guest service.
• Support inventories and sales reporting; manage front-end performance with routine operational audits.
• Coach and train team members on-the-job and via The Fresh Market’s training platform.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new hires and manage guest flow to ensure a great shopping experience.
