Job summary

The Fresh Market in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to lead front-end operations, guest flow, and cash handling. You will model hospitality, maintain spot-on merchandising, and ensure consistent cash office controls while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires 2+ years in retail or hospitality, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, multitasking, and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality and guide guests and team members on products and services.
• Direct and support cashiers to deliver frictionless checkout experiences.
• Execute cash office procedures, including cash, keys, and the safe.
• Maintain front-end sanitation and cleanliness, including restrooms.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach throughout the store.
• Assist in managing inventory and minimization of product loss.
