Job summary

Highgate Hotels in downtown Miami is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to provide attentive, courteous service to guests from check-in to checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

You will greet guests, manage the front desk system, handle inquiries, assist with reservations, and supervise team members to maintain high standards and efficient operations.

This is a full-time hourly role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a trusted hospitality operator.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Computer experience required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Customer services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Maintain PBX console operations and hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and hours promptly.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork.
• Ensure knowledge of rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups.
